Fabbricazione Rappresentanze Industriali FRI S.r.l. intends to implement an automation system for the turning process at its production facility in Povoletto.
Project objective:
The project aims to automate the company’s existing turning operations through the integration of advanced CNC lathes, robotic loading systems, and centralized process control software. This upgrade will increase production efficiency, precision, and process repeatability while reducing manual handling and energy consumption.
Expected results:
The automation is expected to improve productivity by approximately 25%, enhance operator safety, and ensure consistent product quality. It will also lead to a reduction in process waste and contribute to the company’s sustainability goals by optimizing energy use.
