FRI received an old valve drawing from 1960 for a valve whose original manufacturer no longer existed. Leveraging its extensive engineering expertise, FRI carefully analyzed the drawing and proposed an improved design solution to Ansaldo. However, the client insisted on an exact replica of the original valve for direct replacement.
Thanks to FRI’s advanced reverse engineering capabilities, the team successfully redesigned and rebuilt the valve from scratch, ensuring it matched the original specifications while meeting modern manufacturing standards.
