Bolted Bonnet Check Valves
Bolted Bonnet Check Valves are normally used in oil and gas, chemical process and pipelines. For pipeline applications Check Valves are based on API 6D design standards and are Full Port and piggeable. Normally the bolted Bonnet design is used in low pressure applications. Applications include pump and compressor discharge, steam lines, condensate lines, chemical feed pumps, cooling towers, loading racks, HVAC systems, pressure pumps, sump pumps and injection lines.

DESIGN FEATURES
- BS 1868, ASME B 16.34, EN 12516 or API 6D – both cast or forged steel body.
- Materials 100% European.
- Full traceability of all components provided with strict application of the re-stamping procedure.
- Special attention to Pin, Disc and Seat, normally with Stellite 6 overlay, machined with precision and lapped to guarantee tightness.
- Cladding in various materials can be applied for corrosive and erosive applications.
