INDUSTRIAL VALVES
Bellow Seal Valves
F.R.I Bellow Seal Valves can be gate or globe valves designed for applications requiring full stem sealing (Zero Leakage). They are used in vacuum service to prevent outside air from leaking into the pipeline when a vacuum pump continuously extracts air. They are also suitable for handling hazardous fluids such as chlorine, hydrogen, and ammonia. In applications involving costly fluids, these valves help prevent leaks to avoid fluid loss due to high cost. Additionally, they ensure compliance with environmental protection standards.

DESIGN FEATURES
- The bellow is the most critical component and forms the heart of the Bellow Seal Valves.
- AISI 316Ti stainless steel contains Titanium to withstand high temperatures.
- Inconel 625 improves fatigue strength and corrosion resistance compared to stainless steel bellows.
- Hastelloy C-276 offers greater corrosion resistance and fatigue strength than Inconel 625.
- Fatigue resistance can be improved by using a multiply bellows system.
- Reducing the stroke length enhances fatigue resistance.
